Nanny Needed for M-Streets Family and their Sweet Baby Girl (#KSD75206)
Sweet family in the M-streets area of Dallas seeking a warm, kind and sweet nanny to partner with them in caring for their infant born in September 2023. They are the most amazing, kind and thoughtful family you could imagine and truly value the people in their family’s life. Both parents have busy jobs and work from home often and they have a sweet golden retriever named Remi that will be your absolute best friend. Someone who can flow through the day on a good schedule, but maintain a responsive and loving vibe while encouraging good sleep habits would be an ideal fit.
Age of Child: 5-6-ish months (at start)
Start date: March or Early April 2024
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday (7:30am-5:30pm) Thursday/Friday (8am-3pm or Half Days)
Compensation: Offering an hourly rate between $20-26/hr.
Benefits: Open to discussion on ideal vacation days + sick days.
Qualifications:
Have at least 2 years of experience caring for children, one of those being in-home as a private nanny.
Infant experience with a baby between 3 and 6 months at the time of start.
Familiarity with AAP Guidelines, Safe Sleep, Sticking to an Infant Sleep Schedule, Infant Play + Development
Ideal Candidate:
Has a kind and warm disposition to pair with a heart of service.
Proactive about interacting with baby throughout the day.
Willing to collaborate and follow a Eat/Play/Sleep schedule.
Is happy to jump right in and be a team player as these super sweet first time parents figure out their flow and parenting style over the next 6-12 months.
