Active Nanny Needed for Busy Midway Hollow Family! #HCD75229 (CLOSED)
Sweet family in the Midway Hollow Area (Forest x Midway) is seeking an energetic, organized and engaged nanny for their 3-children ages 10 months, 2.5 years and almost 4 years! These sweet parents each have busy jobs and mom does work from home full-time and spends most of the day out of sight, busy in her home office. They don’t have a super defined parenting style outside of being more “ authoritative “, encouraging and modeling good behavior with clear and concise boundaries, redirection and always coming back to a place of love. Their perfect nanny would join them in upholding firm boundaries, clear expectations and consistent responses to the children so everyone is on the same page. The baby is in daycare full-time and the older two will begin a morning program in January with pickup around 11:45am most of the care will be for the older two, although holiday breaks and sick days you may have all three. They’d like a nanny who keeps them engaged after school, plans activities both inside and outside of the home and is proactive in up keeping the children’s pieces of the home. Ex: planning and executing Lunch + Dinner would be AMAZING and keeping up with children’s laundry, tidying the living space after dinner as the parent’s do bath-time and get everyone ready for dinner.
Age of Child: 4, 2.5 and 10 months
Start date: 11/29/23 - 1/2/24 (flexible)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-7pm
Compensation: Offering an hourly rate between $22-35/hr based on experience.
Benefits: Open to discussion on ideal vacation days + sick days.
Qualifications:
Have at least 2 years of experience caring for children, one of those being in-home as a private nanny.
Infant experience with multiple children at once, including infants
Familiarity with AAP Guidelines, Safe Sleep, Sticking to an Infant Sleep Schedule, Infant Play + Development
Clean Driving Record and History of Driving Children While Nannying
