Dallas Nannies! #KD75206 - First-Time Parents Seeking Full-Time Nanny for their Toddler in September 2024
Dual Career Family in the M-streets of Dallas seeking a playful, interactive and patient nanny to partner with for at least the next year with a possibility of a longer term relationship. The family has worked with a newborn care specialist since their sweet baby girl was born in August of 2023.
Their NCS will be finishing with them at the end of August and they’ll be looking for a nanny to begin after Labor Day Weekend. They prefer someone who is interactive throughout the day and follows an evidence based methodology for child care with an overall gentle and responsive approach. The family does work from home at times as well as go into the office regularly throughout the week. The baby was diagnosed with FPIES and they’ve had some challenges with digestion and eating throughout infancy. Being punctual is extremely important. The family is kind, communicative and amazing to work with!
Age of Child: 13 months old at start
Schedule: M-TH 8am - 5:30pm F 8am-4pm
Compensation: $25 - 30/hr
Start date: No Later than 09/03/2024
Benefits: minimum 2 weeks vacation, 3-5 sick days, open to discussion for perfect fit
Qualifications:
Have at least 2 years of experience caring for children, one of those being in-home as a private nanny.
Toddler experience with multiple children at once, including infants
Familiarity with AAP Guidelines, Safe Sleep, Sticking to an Infant Sleep Schedule, Infant Play + Development
Clean Driving Record and History of Driving Children While Nannying
Happy to work with a WFH mom
