Warm and Engaging Nanny Needed for Fun Family in Allen, TX (#HKC75013)
Fun Family in Allen, TX seeking an amazing, interactive and engaging nanny for their 8 month old baby. Both parents work from home and and long-term due to the nature of mom’s job she will be visible throughout the day. The ideal candidate would be comfortable with this and all parties would work together long-term on setting boundaries and understanding that although visible mommy is working and may pop in and out. This family values their friends, family and people in general and is looking forward to bringing in a new family member to support them in being parents as their baby grows into a kind, playful and energetic little person. They live in a multi-generational household and although grandparents don’t take an active role in baby care, the ideal nanny would be comfortable monitoring baby as grandpa feeds an occasional bottle or even letting grandparents tag along with baby for a walk. This family loves the idea of Montessori style play and would love their nanny to join in on this during awake time. During sleep time, it’s important that we’re supporting independent sleep and following the feeding and eating schedule throughout the day. The family is open to outings and the nanny setting up fun, engaging activities as she grows into a busy toddler.
Age of Child: 8 months
Start date: Anytime between now and February 1st 2024 (flexible)
Schedule: Flexible - 4-5 days per week from 11 or 12 until 5 or 6 pm.
Compensation: Offering an hourly rate between $20-30/hr+
Benefits: Open to discussion on ideal vacation days + sick days.
Qualifications:
Have at least 2 years of experience caring for children, one of those being in-home as a private nanny.
Infant experience with multiple children at once, including infants
Familiarity with AAP Guidelines, Safe Sleep, Sticking to an Infant Sleep Schedule, Infant Play + Development
Clean Driving Record and History of Driving Children While Nannying
Open to Signing an NDA and sharing location while on outings
