Sweet family in Frisco, TX is seeking a nanny to work with their family full time for 2+ years. These first time parents are an absolute dream to partner with. Mom is an entrepreneur and works in the home. We’ve supported this family since they welcome their baby in July of 2023 and we’re looking forward to placing an amazing long-term nanny with them. Must be willing to sign an NDA due to mom’s job. She has flexible work days on Mondays and Thursdays (more involved in baby care) and Tuesday/Wednesday you can expect a busy home as her team will be in-house to work all hands on deck. Wednesday are the busiest day and baby may be involved in some of mom’s work during his wake windows, so someone who is flexible, friendly and team oriented would be the best fit! They value direct communication and attention to detail. Overall they are fairly easy going and laid back! They’d like their nanny to focus on baby related chores and washing + setting up pump parts.
Age of Child: 5-ish months (at start)
Start date: Early January 2024
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm or 7:30-5:30pm (Fridays OFF)
Compensation: Offering an hourly rate between $20-24/hr, flexible to go higher for the perfect candidate.
Benefits: Open to discussion on ideal vacation days + sick days. Flexible - Ideally nanny would plan for vacations during Thursday-Mondays for short notice and if falling on Tues/Wed 6+ weeks notice would be ideal.
Qualifications:
Have at least 2 years of experience caring for children, one of those being in-home as a private nanny.
Infant experience with a baby between 3 and 6 months at the time of start.
Valid Drivers License
Baseline Vaccinated for COVID-19
UTD on Childhood Vaccines + TDAP
Familiarity with AAP Guidelines, Safe Sleep, Sticking to an Infant Sleep Schedule, Infant Play + Development
