In 2023….
We supported 120 families in home with postpartum support. We supported countless other families virtually and without in-home support. We’re over the moon to grow with your family and be a trusted resource.
Overnight Newborn Care from Birth
We provided 44,000 hours of newborn care support in-home, overnight for families with babies between the ages of 0-12 weeks old.
38 Full-Time Team Members
We have a wonderful team of 38 Newborn Care Specialists, Postpartum Doulas and Night Nannies we work with consistently between 25-50+ hours per week each. We also have our roster of two dozen additional NCS who rotate between agency work and working independently.
Oh Baby! Let’s find your Nanny
For years, our clients have consistently requested resources for their nanny searches as baby ages out of overnight newborn care and their parents transition back into the workplace. We now offer boutique nanny placements to recruit nannies and guide our clients through the process of hiring a nanny with a proper employment agreement that meets all state, federal and IRS rules and regulations for domestic employers.
Sleep Through the Night
Most of our babies sleep through the night between 12-16 weeks, if 10-12 + weeks of regular overnight support are booked. This varies of course based on the family’s goal. We work with many different parenting styles, cultures and babies with diverse health backgrounds and challenges. Most of our healthy babies with parents focused on healthy development, feeding and sleeping hygiene see an 8 hour stretch by 8-12 weeks and sleep fully through the night (12 hours) by 12-16 weeks.

This means new families to connect with, new relationships to build, new babies to snuggle. We adore our role during the vital postpartum period and in 2024 will continue our goal for providing quality support in-home for our clients while upholding excellent work standards for our caregivers.
