“I contracted with HBC for 3 months post-partum! I am a single parent with limited family in town so their service was so helpful. I didn’t have any communication response issues with them, as noted below in some reviews. My NCS caretakers were lovely- I worked with Sydney and Clare and they made my experience much more positive! I trusted both of them immensely with my child and they both had lots of expertise. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the billing did seem to be off track 1-2 times. I did calculate it myself and worked directly with HBC to correct it (which they did!) but hopefully it’s something that’s easily fixable moving forward with better tracking and automation.
