Adventurous Family relocating from the Bay Area to Austin is seeking a long-term nanny to join their family as they move to Austin, welcome a brand new baby and travel the world together!
Mom and Dad both own + run their own businesses, primarily working remotely both from home and very often in coffee shops nearby to home. They would love a nanny who is comfortable with gentle parenting and encouraging their children to be confident, independent and a free-thinkers. They really enjoy the Montessori approach, so being in tune with that is most ideal. Mom is very engaged and involved, so you must be comfortable working alongside her. The family travels extensively, one week quarterly to NYC and various destinations throughout the year. They plan on spending 2 weeks in Tunisia in June and one month in Italy summer of 2025. Their nanny would join them during this time and for most travels.

Start Date: January 13th, 2025 - February 10th, 2025 (flexible)
Age of Children: 22 months and Newborn arriving March 2025
Compensation: $25 - $35/hr, market rate
Schedule: M - F 7:30am-3:30

Qualifications:
Have at least 2 years of experience caring for children, one of those being in-home as a private nanny.
Toddler experience with multiple children at once, including infants
Familiarity with AAP Guidelines, Safe Sleep, Sticking to an Infant Sleep Schedule, Infant Play + Development
Clean Driving Record and History of Driving Children While Nannying
Vehicle for Driving Children
