Super sweet & fun family in Midway Hollow seeking a Nanny / Family Assistant to join their family for a long-term position. Their children are in daytime programs full-time, but they need a flexible nanny to work weekends and flexible hours throughout the week. The nanny would also need to be available to stay with the children 4-6+ times per year while the parents travel for 4-10 day stretches and travel with the family occasionally if the children tag along with them. For weekday hours, they’d need support more so in the afternoon to assist with pick-ups and drop-offs (strong driving skills are a must) from school and/or other activities as well as light tidying, laundry assistance, organizing, etc. Mom needs a team player to assist in keeping the house running smoothly throughout their normal week and when Dad is busy with work or traveling for work. A team player with a parenting partner mindset is an absolute MUST. The family does not expect a housekeeper by any means, but chores outside of childcare are a necessity to provide enough hours to make this role close to full-time.

This family is a repeat client and they have a fun, outgoing and playful vibe to their home. They enjoy traveling + adventure and the best fit would match this energy.
**Start Date:** Mid-January 2025, Flexible
**Age of Child:** 5.5 years old and 22 months
**Compensation:** $23-30/hr
**Schedule:** Saturday and Sunday (11am-7pm) 16 hours, weekday hours are flexible for the right fit. Flexible on Guaranteed Hours between 25-40 hours for the right fit.
**Benefits:** 2 weeks vacation, 3 sick days, open to discussion for the perfect fit

Qualifications:

Have at least 2 years of experience caring for children, one of those being in-home as a private nanny.
Toddler experience with multiple children at once, including infants
Familiarity with AAP Guidelines, Safe Sleep, Sticking to an Infant Sleep Schedule, Infant Play + Development
Clean Driving Record and History of Driving Children While Nannying
Vehicle for Driving Children
