JOIN OUR TEAM

We’re looking for a proactive, passionate and warm administrative assistant to work in tandem with the Owner + Operations Manager, Placement Coordinator and VA for 5-10 hours per week with room for growth.

15-20 hours per week can be offered June 15th - October 15th with potential to stay at this workload long-term based on growth.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Social Media Creation and Participation

  • 1 In-office half day 2x per month in Dallas, TX

  • Occasionally taking zoom calls & intake calls with clients

  • Occasionally conduction nanny & NCS staffing interviews

  • Uploading documents and schedules to client portal

  • Scheduling within our staff scheduling software

  • Invoicing Clients

  • Organization & Moving stuff around with office on occasion

  • Mailing company mail + log books

  • Document creation in Canva or Google Docs

  • Simple Data and Analytics Tracking

  • Coordination with Virtual Assistant to ensure mutually shared tasks are complete

  • Pay: $18-23/hr via W-2, with room for future growth
