#MS78703 - Busy Family In Tarrytown Seeking FT Nanny - Great Overtime Opportunity!
Sweet, laid back family seeking a Full Time nanny to help care for their 2.5 year old and newborn. The perfect fit for this family would be someone who has knowledge and experience with infant/childhood milestones, will share that with the parents but still be supportive in their choices. Both parents work demanding jobs, mom WFH and dad WFH on Fridays, so someone who is proactive in helping keep things tidy around the house, assist with laundry and the occasional errand would be ideal. Having a car is a requirement as you will be transporting the toddler to and from preschool. Being able to implement firm boundaries with children is an important trait to have. There is the potential for traveling with the family as well.
Start date: October 28th, Flexible for the right fit
Benefits: 3 weeks vacation, 3-5 sick days, Paid Holidays
Compensation: $25 - $35, OT after 40 hours
Schedule: 7:30am. - 7pm, M-F (57.5 hours)
Age at start: 3 month old & 2.5 year old
Qualifications:
Have at least 2 years of experience caring for children, one of those being in-home as a private nanny.
Toddler experience with multiple children at once, including infants
Familiarity with AAP Guidelines, Safe Sleep, Sticking to an Infant Sleep Schedule, Infant Play + Development
Clean Driving Record and History of Driving Children While Nannying
